My name is Mason Skinner - founder and host of the Student of Success podcast. I’m 15 years old and on a mission to uncover what really makes people, teams, and businesses successful in today’s world. I believe success doesn’t come from luck or accident—it comes from habits, mindsets, decisions, and sometimes the struggles no one talks about.
I started this podcast because I realized I want to be successful in all areas of my life, to explore leadership from all angles—coaches and players, teachers and students, business owners and employees. I ask the questions people usually skip. What keeps leaders up at night? What drives someone to keep going after failure? What separates someone who talks about success from someone who actually builds it?
